Personal Training might be a term you’ve heard before, but if you’ve never heard of Injury Rehabilitation the first thing you should know is – you don’t need to play sport to need it!

Injury rehabilitation focuses on understanding, preventing and treating pain or injury caused by lifestyle habits, stress, occupational habits and sports as well as musculoskeletal conditions – progressing your body out of pain through a strength and conditioning programme that uses corrective exercises to re-train the body to move and load weight correctly.

Working together we will also work on balance – one of the four components of fitness (along with cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility) because good balance is essential for all types of movement – as it can help reduce falls and fall-related injuries as we age.

Once we have identified the root cause of the pain, we will work together on an exercise programme that helps you get stronger and more mobile, using the right exercises for your body.
